Delhi gets ready for UNIQLO’s first store in India. One red box at a time.

Well, who hasn’t stocked up on UNIQLO from their travels?! Be it their signature T-shirts, ultra light down jackets or heattech collection. So, like us, if you are proud member of UNIQLO fan club, you would be happy to know that after much anticipation UNIQLO is ready to open its first store in New Delhi on 4^th October 2019, making Ambience Mall (Vasant Kunj) the new home of LifeWear.

Continuing with their notion of large-scale stores across the globe, this Indian flagship will house the entire men’s, women’s and kid’s collection, while keeping up with the Japanese values of simplicity, quality and longevity. Tomohiko Sei, Chief Executive Officer UNIQLO India, adds, “We are very excited to announce the opening date today. We look forward to formally opening our doors to the Indian customers and offering UNIQLO’s high quality, highly functional apparel that we call LifeWear starting from Delhi at Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj.”

And in the run-up to the launch, UNIQLO cube like installations have been executed across various touch points in Delhi. In UNIQLO iconic red, these cubes have been integrated with Indian elements such as cricket balls, kites and red bangles showing a perfect blend of two cultures. And this isn’t just all. The Ambience Mall store launch will be followed up by two other stores i.e. DLF Place Saket (Delhi) and DLF CyberHub (Gurugram) in the coming months. Well, as they say, “The more, the merrier.”

As UNIQLO gears up for the opening, we are here counting days, hours and minutes to experience its modern yet thoughtful LifeWear. So, see you on 4^th October at Ambience Mall (Vasant Kunj). Be there!
