Rihanna’s rule-breaking, shade-expanding, inclusivity-pioneering beauty empire has found not one, but two new retail soulmates in India – Sephora India and Tira Beauty.

Let’s rewind for a moment. Beauty insiders may recall Fenty’s initial foray into the Indian market through a seemingly soft launch with Nykaa International. While the move created a ripple of excitement, it was limited in scope and left many consumers wanting more. More shades, more products, more access and faster delivery. That chapter felt more like a test run than a true launch. This time, though, Fenty is making a committed, full-scale entry with distribution partners Luxasia India, and it’s clear the brand is here to stay.

What makes this launch feel different? For starters, we’re talking expansive access to Fenty’s full arsenal of beauty and skin offerings. Sephora and Tira aren’t just playing retailers — they’ll be putting in the work with in-store activations, curated experiences, and shade ranges that reflect the glorious spectrum of Indian skin tones. Translation? You’ll actually find your shade, not a hopeful approximation.

Speaking about the expansion in India, Rihanna exclaims, “Bringing Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin to over 50 stores across 16 cities in India means so much to me. It has always been about making sure’ everyone, everywhere, feels seen, celebrated, and confident in their skin. Now, we’re making it even easier for more people to experience our products and we are just getting started!”

And let’s not overlook the double partnership power move through Reliance Retail Ventures. Sephora brings global beauty street cred and sleek physical retail touchpoints, while Tira (Reliance Retail’s Gen-Z darling) delivers e-commerce ease, app-native charm, and the India-Modern homegrown energy.

Starting August 7th, the full lineup of Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin will be exclusively available in India through Sephora stores and Sephora.in, as well as Tira Beauty’s online and offline channels. Yes, that includes the bestsellers you’ve been begging your jet-setting friends to mule back from the US – the Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Foundation, the Gloss Bomb, and the Skin Fat Toner + Serum aka the skincare superhero you didn’t know you needed.

With India’s growing demand for inclusive, high-performance beauty that doesn’t sacrifice self-expression, Fenty’s Indian evolution couldn’t be better timed. Whether you’re a full-glam devotee, a skincare minimalist, or someone who just really, really wants that Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Trophy Wife, you’re about to get spoiled.

So mark your calendars. Update your carts. Cancel that Ulta US shopping list. Rihanna’s finally making good on her promise, and this time, she is bringing the whole vault.
