LABEL Ritu Kumar unveiled its latest Autumn/Winter 2017 collection titled Maharaja Pop featuring actress Vaani Kapoor. LABEL Ritu Kumar’s theme for the season, Maharaja Pop, is inspired by the rich fabrics and ornamentations of erstwhile royalty, merged with quirky colour accents and bold, military inspired prints.
Speaking about the association, Amrish Kumar, CEO, Ritu Kumar said, “We spend a lot of time thinking through and connecting with people who we believe portray the mood and personality of the brand. This year we were talking about the vivacious and bold approach the brand has taken and starting meeting with people who portray this feeling. Vaani represents the movement, the grounded-ness along with the international outlook that Label Ritu Kumar stands for.”
